Some things in our life come through fasting and praying. This is our first task of the year. O.D.T.P (Obesity Deliverance through Prayer)

The Month of January 11th – 31st

WEEK ONE JANUARY 11 – 17

Foods that you can eat: Soup, crackers, vegetables and fruit

Drink: Water

Foods not to eat: No meats, bread, candy, cold drinks, coffee, dairy products or any form of dessert or junk food.

WEEK TWO JANUARY 18 – 24

Foods you can eat: Soup, crackers and fruit

Drink: Water

Foods not to eat: No meats, bread, candy, cold drinks, coffee, dairy products or any form of dessert or junk food.

WEEK THREE JANUARY 25 – 28 (4 DAYS)

Foods you can eat: Soup and crackers

Drink: Water

Foods not to eat: No meats, bread, candy, cold drinks, coffee, dairy products or any form of dessert or junk food.

LAST THREE DAYS JANUARY29 – 31

Water only. If you cannot do this repeat the food order of week three.

This Fast is not for everyone, only those that are serious about going forward in the Lord. Those serious about being delivered from Obesity through prayer.

I am not a nutritionist, doctor of any form. Obesity Deliverance through prayer is simply my own testimony and how I’m working out my morbid obese issue. I’m merely sharing my story with you. PERSONAL NOTE: The very first time I tried this fast it was hard because I was addicted to snacking and eating late at night. You have to be very serious about your situation if you want this to be successful. In every change there must be a reformation in your mentality. If you tell yourself you can’t do it, then you won’t. PRAYER IS THE KEY AND FAITH UNLOCKS THE DOOR.

Father, I thank you that on Calvary Jesus took on all my sickness and diseases.

Thank you for allowing your Son to take my place when He died for my sins. I praise you for sending your Son, Jesus, who paid the price for my soul. I commit to walk in the revelation of what He did so that I will experience divine health.

I negate the ability of the enemy to send negativity to my mind about my health. As I think...I am! I decree that I am healed, I am whole, and I am walking in supernatural divine health in the name of Jesus. I will walk in divine health all the days of my life. No weapon of infirmity and sickness will prosper against me, and any attacks on my health will be minor and temporary.

Father, help me to understand the importance of exercising regularly. I bind the spirits of laziness and procrastination that keep me from exercising regularly. Obesity is broken off of my bloodline, and excessive weight gain is not an option. I speak the life of God to my spirit, soul, and body. I commit to walk in the revelation of the fact that my body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. I will not put anything in it, on it, or around it that would grieve the Holy Ghost of God.

Dear Lord, help me to understand that more than 50 percent of my body is water and that I must drink six to eight glasses of water daily to keep it functioning properly. I bind the spirit of dehydration in the name of Jesus. Anything that would keep me from drinking water is far from me. I refuse to give the enemy any right to try to afflict my body.

I declare that I will confess positively the things the word says about my body. I am healed by Jesus stripes!

I decree and declare that my diet will be an instrument to maintain the good health that God has promised me. I surrender my health completely to the Holy Spirit. Father, deliver me from bad habits that compromise my health. Reveal to me those things about dieting, vitamins, and exercises that will help me stay healthy in the name of Jesus.

I renounce negative eating habits that would hinder good health. Bad habits that would cause high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, cancer, and any other spirits of early death cannot flow in my life.

I take authority over every spirit of mental infirmity, spirits of depression, schizophrenia, delusions, and immature personality in the name of Jesus. I am healthy from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. I will live a full life according to the Word of the Lord.

I bind spirits that cause internal organ destruction, attack internal body organs (such as the heart, liver, and kidneys), and decrease or destroy my normal organ functions, in the name of Jesus.

I bind and destroy every disease state placed in my past ancestry and genetically transferred to me from the womb. I decree and declare that the great Physician will have the final say in the state of my health, and I will believe only His report.

I confess that I am redeemed from the curse of the law, which included sickness and disease, and I confess that I live under the new covenant, which promises prosperity and good health in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, I cancel the effects of the spirit of self-destruction diseases, which include diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and AIDS. I bind every destructive spirit that would cause malfunctioning of my digestive system, genital/urinary tract (such as prostate, uterus, ovaries, bladder), or colon.

Father, you promised that the sign of my salvation is laying hands on the sick and seeing them recover. Enhance my ability to pray for everyone I encounter who needs healing, in the name of Jesus. I am contagiously healthy! I confess that I have your favor in the area of health and happiness. I will live beyond threescore and ten in the name of Jesus. I renounce the spirit of fear that causes worry, stress, and anxiety. It is a contributing factor in many chronic diseases and has no place in my life. I renounce Nehushtan (the snake on the pole erected from the time of Moses to Hezekiah). Today I tear down the high places that put the spirit of pharmakeia (medication by magic). Lord, deliver me from the addiction of medicines, doctors, and hospitals. Teach me to believe you for my healing. Lord, I believe that you created medicines and you bless the hands of doctors, but you are the healer, the deliverer, and the keeper of life.

Amen.
